The-unwritten-rules-of-uk-chat-rooms
By Groshan Fabiola
Nowadays more and more people use free and spend their time enjoying the company of other people online. This has been such a widespread phenomenon that the number of people eager to join UK or London has increased considerably.

However, there are some things you definitely have to know before joining a free chat room. There are certain rules that you have to obey if you want to join a free chat room or a free forum and any violation of those rules brings along punishment for you. However, this is not the hard part that I wanted to talk to you about. Besides the rules that you read about before, creating a username and joining a free chat room, there are also some unwritten rules that you just have to pick up along the way. Although the majority of new users have no idea about these UK chat room rules, they will eventually pick them up and follow them. However, a better idea would be to learn about these rules or at least some of them before you break them. This is why I am going to tell you some of the most important unwritten UK chat room rules.

First of all, one of the most important things you have to know is that upon entering a chat room you should greet everyone there and should inform everyone of your age, your gender and your location. This is the main information that you have to give about yourself in order for people to be able to get a first idea about who you are. As most UK are for adults, you have to be over eighteen years old to be able to chat. Another thing that you definitely have to remember is not to use capital letters when in a chat room because this form of writing

is considered shouting. You do not want to shout at people for no reason, do you?

Thirdly, security is very important in chat rooms, especially in UK and therefore you should avoid using your real name or for that matter address any of your friends by their real names as well. If somebody is being mean to you or says things you do not approve of, you should report it to an admin or a host instead of starting a fight with that person. This is a very important unwritten rule in all free or free forums. The reason you chat online is to find people you are compatible with and enjoy their company and not to find those you have nothing in common with and start fighting. If you are not nice to people in you are probably going to be kicked from the room or even banned.

These are some of the most important unwritten rules that you have to respect when using a UK chat room or any other chat room. Sometimes it is harder to get used to these rules, but eventually you are going to obey them instinctively, so do not worry about this and concentrate on having a great time online.
